Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use growsuccessonline.com or buy a service from Grow Success Online LLC (“Grow Success Online”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the site you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

1. What we do

We design and build 3D websites for service businesses, including the domain name and hosting for the first year, and offer SEO, AI search optimization and an optional Hosting & Maintenance plan (hosting and domain renewal, a professional email, edits, chat, follow-ups, reminders and online booking). What is included in each plan is described on our pricing section at the time you order.

2. Free preview first

We can build a free preview of your website before you pay anything. You review it, ask for changes, and decide whether to go live. There is no obligation to buy.

3. Plans

• Basic ($597) is a one-page website built on our proven ready-made design, filled with your business details, photos and reviews.
• Premium ($997) is a five-page website with custom branding and a design concept created only for your business. It is not the demo design.
• Pro ($1,497) is the Premium website plus SEO, a Google Business Profile tune-up and AI search optimization.

4. Payment

• Website plans are one-time payments in US dollars through our secure checkout. A card processing fee may be shown at checkout.
• The Hosting & Maintenance plan ($49/month) is billed every month until you cancel. Without the plan, hosting and domain renewal costs $99 per year after the first year.
• All payments are final. Because you see and approve the preview before you pay, we do not offer refunds. See the Refund Policy.

5. Your part

• Send us accurate information and the content we need (logo, photos, text) in reasonable time.
• Only send content you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for it, including reviews, claims and prices shown on your site.
• Delivery dates depend on getting your content and feedback. If a project waits more than 60 days for you, we may close it; you can restart it later.

6. Changes and revisions

Changes are free during the preview and until launch, within the scope of your plan. After launch, edits are included in the Hosting & Maintenance plan. Without it, each change is quoted and charged separately. Requests outside your plan, such as extra pages or new features, are quoted before we start.

7. Ownership

• You own your business name, your logo and the content you give us.
• Once paid in full, you own the finished website for your business. If you leave, you can take your website content with you, and we transfer your domain to you as described in section 8.
• We keep the rights to our own tools, code libraries, templates and design systems. Basic designs are based on templates we may use for other clients. Premium and Pro concepts are made for you and not resold as your design.
• We may show your finished website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Hosting, domains and third-party services

Every website includes its domain name and hosting for the first year. We register domain names in our own account and name and manage them for you. After the first year, we renew hosting and the domain while you have an active Hosting & Maintenance plan or have paid the $99 yearly renewal; if neither is paid, we may take the website offline and let the domain expire. On request, once the domain is at least 60 days old and all invoices are paid, we transfer it to you free of charge. Some features rely on outside services (for example Google, WhatsApp, HighLevel, Hostinger or Cloudflare). We are not responsible for their outages, changes or rules, but we will help you work around problems.

9. Results

We work hard to help you get found and get customers, but no one controls Google, AI assistants or your market. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or sales.

10. Monthly services and cancellation

You can cancel the Hosting & Maintenance plan anytime by messaging us. Cancellation stops future charges; amounts already paid are not refunded. If a monthly payment fails, we may pause the related service until it is resolved.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for anything illegal, misleading, hateful or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may refuse or stop work, or take a site offline, if this happens.

12. Liability

Our services are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to cover us against claims that arise from content you provided or from how you use your website.

13. Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will try to fix it quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be settled by binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, on an individual basis and not as a class action, except that either side may bring a claim in small claims court.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
